What does “locked for life” actually mean?

Whatever monthly rate you sign up at — the $249 Founders rate (first 100 accounts) or the $375 standard rate after — is locked to your account forever, even when public pricing rises. No automatic uplift at renewal, no anniversary increase, no surprise tier change when you cross a usage threshold. The only thing that changes the bill is if you choose to add an optional paid add-on like Oly Calls.

Is the $2,000 website really included?

Yes — and it is custom-coded by the ANSAI Solutions team, not a Wix or Squarespace template. You own the domain and the source code, leads flow straight into your Olynx CRM with full attribution, and you get four free design refreshes per year. Hiring a local agency for the same scope typically runs $2,000–$5,000 plus a recurring maintenance fee.

What if I want to cancel?

Cancel from settings anytime — no phone call, no retention conversation, no cancellation fee. We never lock your data: every record, photo, proposal, invoice, time-sheet and customer note can be exported in standard CSV/PDF formats, so you walk out with everything you put in. Annual plans get a pro-rated refund of the unused months.

What payment methods are accepted for the subscription?

Subscriptions bill monthly (or annually with a discount) via Stripe — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, ACH bank debit and Apple Pay are all supported. For YOUR customers, the in-app payment links accept the same cards plus US ACH and Mexican OXXO Pay / SPEI transfers, so you can collect from anyone in your market.

Does the price cover my whole team?

Yes — unlimited users, unlimited crews, unlimited projects, unlimited clients. No per-seat fee, no jump to a higher tier when you grow from 3 trucks to 30. The only thing that scales with use is file storage (50 GB included free, additional GBs cost pennies).

I am switching from Jobber, Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan — can you migrate my data?

Yes. The Olynx team imports your client list, job history, open quotes, recurring services and saved templates from any of the big competitors at no extra charge. The first business week is paid white-glove onboarding so nothing in the field skips a beat. Migration is included in the Founders pricing.

Do you offer a refund?

Yes — there is a no-questions-asked 30-day refund window from your first paid charge. If Olynx does not save you money or replace at least three of the subscriptions you are currently paying for, request the refund and we issue it the same business day.

Is there a discount for paying annually?

Yes — annual billing knocks roughly 16% off the equivalent monthly cost. On the Founders rate that lands at about $209/mo billed yearly ($2,499/year). The Founders rate still locks for life — paying annually just front-loads the saving.

Are taxes included in the price shown?

The $249 and $375 prices on this page are pre-tax. Mexican accounts get IVA (16%) added at checkout; US-based businesses see state sales tax where applicable. We issue compliant invoices in both jurisdictions — CFDI 4.0 (factura) for Mexico, standard US invoice for the rest.
