1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Olynx AI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. 3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Billing Cycle: The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select.
• Fee Changes: Olynx AI, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
• Refunds: Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any national or international law or regulation.
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send messages or extract data.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Olynx AI and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Olynx AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
