1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Olynx Academy (the "Platform") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. The Platform is aimed at professionals, contractors and apprentices in the construction industry.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password safe. You must provide truthful information, including any credentials or licenses you post. Falsifying a license or credential is grounds for immediate suspension.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, videos and text you post. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display and distribute that content within the Platform to operate it. Only post content you own or have permission to use.
5. Marketplace, jobs & payments
Olynx Academy facilitates contact between clients and professionals but is not a party to the work agreement between them and does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of any job. Payments are processed by Stripe. On payments and subscriptions through the Platform, Olynx keeps a 15% fee; the rest is transferred to the professional or creator. You are responsible for your taxes and for holding the licenses and insurance your jurisdiction requires.
6. Subscriptions
Olynx Academy Premium and creator subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel anytime in Settings → Monetization; you keep access until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
7. Prohibited conduct
Do not use the Platform to harass, defame, deceive, promote unsafe jobsite practices, post third-party content without permission, spam or commit fraud. See the Community Guidelines for detail.
8. Intellectual property
The Olynx Academy brand, design and software belong to Olynx and are protected by applicable law. Do not copy or use them without permission.
9. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the Community Guidelines. You can delete your account anytime in Settings; it is kept for 30 days in case you change your mind, then permanently deleted.
10. Disclaimer & liability
The Platform is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Olynx is not liable for indirect damages or for the conduct of other users. Nothing here limits liabilities that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law & changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. We may update these Terms; we will notify you of material changes. Continued use means acceptance.
